By using I Ching Oracle ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

I Ching Oracle provides decision guidance based on the I Ching (Book of Changes). The Service offers reflections, perspectives, and considerations — not prophetic claims, medical advice, financial advice, or professional counseling. The Service uses AI to craft personalized interpretations grounded in I Ching wisdom.

3. Not Professional Advice

Readings are for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you are facing a serious decision with significant consequences, please consult an appropriate professional.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

5. Free and Paid Tiers

• Free: 3 readings per day with limited content
• Deep Reading: One-time payment ($4.99) to unlock a full reading
• Premium: Monthly ($9.90) or annual ($79) subscription for unlimited readings and full content

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. One-time Deep Reading purchases are non-refundable once the reading content has been viewed. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds. If you experience a technical issue, contact us for assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's content, design, and I Ching interpretation framework are owned by I Ching Oracle. Your personal reading content is yours. You may share your Oracle Reflection for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Redistribute or resell the Service's content
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on readings, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
